Caravans & Camping

Limited numbers of pitches available at the site for ticket holders.  Pitches must be pre-booked with tickets. We cannot accept on-the-day bookings.

Please bring your camping permit with you.

The King Edward camping area will be locked every evening at 11.00pm. Campers will be given emergency codes, and numbers; those are only for emergencies. The Saxon Hill site will not be locked at night.

Motorhomes and Caravans on the Festival Site

All pitches are on hard standing. Pre-booked, self-contained mobile caravans and motorhomes with their own facilities can use on-site parking on the hard-standing, but there is no electricity available. Showers and most of the toilets are available from 7am to 11 pm only - see note in 'Showers and Toilets' below. An outside drinking water tap is available.
We regret that due to space constraints, awnings are not allowed.
Campers are responsible for their own losses or damage.

Arrival and Departure Times

***Please do not arrive before 5pm***

There is, unfortunately, nowhere to wait on the roads outside, so please plan your arrival carefully.

Stewards will be on duty to direct all caravans and motorhomes to their pitches.  Please follow their instructions, and pitch up before registering.

Please advise us via the "Contact us" link if you are going to arrive on the camping area after 8.30pm on Friday.

Caravaning and camping only during festival hours.

All caravans, motorhomes and tents must leave the site before 5.45pm on Sunday.

Showers and Toilets

There are no longer showers at the foot of the stairs leading to Bader Hall.
Instead there are men’s showers in the Sports Centre and women’s showers in the Pavilion opposite the Sports Centre. To use the Pavilion showers, take the key from the box, lock the door from inside and return the key to the box after. The key code will be in your welcome email which will be sent out a few days before the Festival.

Although the main facilities will be locked between 11pm and 7am, the Pavilion can be used for out of hours toilets.

Elsan disposal facilities will be made available on Sunday morning after 10am on the Saxon Hill site.
